You may use the software only for evaluation and research purposes,
to analyze and modify C source code that is distributed under the Gnu
General Public License (GPL, see file GPL in this directory),
provided that you add a notice of the use of metacc at a prominent
point (e.g. within the ChangeLog).

that concern analysis or modification of software, which is commercially
